Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains how SoleTherapy Pro® is covered against defects. It is part of our Terms of Service.
The first 30 days
Every order is covered by our 30-Day Relief Guarantee. A defect reported within 30 days of delivery is handled as a damaged or defective item under our Return & Refund Policy.
1-Year Protection Plan
The optional 1-Year Protection Plan, offered at checkout, extends coverage to 12 months from the delivery date for each SoleTherapy Pro® unit on the order.
What's covered
Defects in materials or workmanship, and malfunctions that happen under normal household use, including:
- the shiatsu massage mechanism and motor
- the heating function
- the battery and charging
- the power button and controls
What we'll do
For an approved claim, we will repair the unit, replace it with the same or an equivalent model, or, if neither is possible, refund the price paid for the affected unit. The choice of remedy is ours. A replacement unit is covered for the rest of the original 12-month term.
What's not covered
- Accidental damage, drops, impacts, liquid or moisture damage.
- Misuse, use contrary to the product instructions, or commercial use.
- Repairs or modifications not made by us.
- Normal wear and tear, including wear of fabric and lining, cosmetic marks, and the gradual loss of battery capacity over time.
- Loss or theft.
- Products not purchased from us.
How to make a claim
- Email support@marlowandmayco.com with your order number, which unit is affected, a short description of the problem, and a photo or video.
- We may walk you through simple troubleshooting first.
- If we ask for the faulty unit back, we will send instructions and cover shipping for approved claims.
Plan terms
- One plan covers the units on the order it was purchased with.
- The plan is tied to the original order and cannot be transferred.
- The plan is refunded only when the product it covers is returned under our 30-Day Relief Guarantee.
Without the Protection Plan
Defects reported after the 30-day guarantee period are not covered, except where coverage is required by law.
Your legal rights
This limited warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights under the laws of your state or country. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
